Scholarship Grant Value: Up to $50,000 per year tenable for a maximum of 1 year
The Research Scholarship Grant aims to provide opportunities for applicants who are looking to undertake practical
research training in one of the 5 departments. Applicant should have at least 50% of time dedicated to research
work. Clinical work needs to be strictly limited. The Fund would encourage applicants who wish to enrol in a
higher degree
The Research Scholarship Grant is tenable for one year. Applicants will be an Auckland City Hospital employee in one of
the Services represented by the Trustees on the Fund Board. Five fellowships will be funded at any one time and
must be taken up within 12 months of the award.
Application Closing dates: 12 January 2026, 12 June 2026
Trustee Review dates: 11 February 2026, 1 July 2026
